First founded by three brothers surnamed Zhao from Linfen County of Shanxi Province 470 years ago, Beijing Liubiju pickles store is one of the time-honored stores in Beijing. It got its name because of the quality-oriented business concept of six musts - raw materials must be carefully selected, materials must be real, producing process must be clean, processing skills must be precise, equipment must be superior and spring water for preserving pickles must be authentic. The pickles here is famed for its strong sauce-flavor and refreshing, sweet, crisp and tender taste, which were once praised in the notes written by men of letters since the Qing Dynasty hundreds of years ago.

The traditional craftsmanship of making pickles is known for its unique material, complicated and rigorous manufacturing process, which has been passed on from generation to generation in the form of oral teaching. It has a great reputation among customers attributing to its high-quality manufacturing process, faithful business management ideal, a large variety of products, unique packaging and enthusiastic services, which are also the critical reasons for Liu Bi Ju to be thrived for hundreds of years.
