Qiwang Building is located at the foot of the front hill of Jingshan Mountain, facing the south gate of the park. In the Ming Dynasty, a five-room hall was built here, which was called the Mountain Front Hall. In the 15th year of the Qianlong period (1750), the Qiwang Building was built on the basis of the original. The building is facing south with a high mountain at its back. In front of the building is the Biyue Terrace, which is surrounded by Chinese white jade stone railings. The total construction area is 201.92 ㎡. The name "Qiwang Building" means that it is a place to view the beautiful scenery from the top of the mountain.
