Jinfang, formerly known as "Rongxiangcheng", was a snack bar founded by Man Leting, who came from Dezhou, Shandong Province, at the east of Chongwenmenwai Avenue, in 1926. It is specialized in Muslim Beijing-style snacks featuring fine workmanship and selected materials, and therefore adored by Beijingers.
At present, main products of Jinfang Snack Bar include pastries like Fried Butter Cakes, First-class Sesame Seed Cakes, Ear-shaped Twists with Sugar, Steamed Rice Cakes with Sweet Stuffing, and Jack Purcell, and liquid food like Seasoned Millet Mush, Meatballs Soup, and Fried Bean Curd Soup, as well as series products like Glutinous Rice Balls and Mooncakes.
