Qiongzhong Li and Miao autonomous county is located in the middle of Hainan island, north of Wuzhi mountain. It extends for 79.22 kilometers from the east to the west and 76.69 kilometers from the south to the north, covering an area of 2,704.16 square kilometers. The county is mountainous, surrounded by Wuzhi mountain, Limu mountain, Taqi mountain and Yingge mountain. The county's government is situated in Yinggen town. 

Qiongzhong county has 10 villages and towns such as Yinggen town, Wanling town and  Limushan town. It has three State-owned farms: Wushi farm, Yangjiang farm and Changzheng farm.

Baihualing

Baihualing, located six kilometers southeast of Qiongzhong county, is among the first batch of scenic spots announced by the Hainan government, as well as the main segment of the Wuzhishan Tourism Center. Its main peak elevation is 1,100 meters. Renowned scenic spots including Baihua Waterfall, Baifutan, Baihua ancient banyan trees, Guanyin Temple (Goddess of Mercy), and Baihua Lake are popular with tourists. 

Changxing Feishuiling Tropical Resort

Changxing Feishuiling Tropical Resort is located in Changxing district, Heping Town, Qiongzhong county. It covers an area of 56,000 mu (37.33 sq km) with dense tropical mountain rainforest. The forest is home to a large variety of rare animals. Nearly 38 natural scenic spots are scattered in the area, making it a natural forest park and an ideal tourist resort.
