Sea anemone tastes excellent when made into soup, though it does not look very appealing. Another specialty is local Sanniang Bay sea snails. Steamed with vermicelli, they have a flavor similar to oysters. Seafood stalls here are not particularly cheap, with prices comparable to those in seafood eateries elsewhere.
