Located right by the sea, Sanniang Bay is famous for seafood, mainly various fish, sea snails and shrimps. Here are some local delicacies worth trying. Sea anemone tastes excellent when made into soup, though it does not look very appealing. Another specialty is local Sanniang Bay sea snails. Steamed with vermicelli, they have a flavor similar to oysters. Seafood stalls here are not particularly cheap, with prices comparable to those in seafood eateries elsewhere.
