Guiping Xishan Scenic Area (AAAA), Guiping Jintian Tourist Zone for the Taiping Rebellion, Guiping Longtan National Forest Park and Pingtian Mountain National Forest Park. There are also six autonomous regional-level scenic spots and cultural relic protection sites, namely East Lake-Nanshan Scenic Area, Pingtian Mountain Forest Park, Guiping Tropic of Cancer Marker Park, Guiping Dateng Gorge Scenic Area, Guiping White Stone Cave Paradise and East Pagoda. In addition, a number of valuable natural and cultural tourist resources remain to be developed.

In terms of tourism resources, Guigang stands alongside Guilin and Beihai as three major tourist destinations in Guangxi. The Southeast Guangxi Historical, Cultural and Religious Tourist Route — one of the three key tourist routes to be improved and promoted under the Overall Tourism Development Plan of Guangxi — centers on Guiping. The Jintian Historic Tour (including the scenic views of Xishan Mountain) is listed among Guangxi’s top ten premium tourist products, rarely seen across the country and even the world.
