Peach Source Valley is located in Taoyuan Village, Caopo Township, stretching about 7 kilometers in length. Starting from the intersection of Youcao Highway and Taoyuan Highway, it extends eastward and encompasses four major scenic spots in sequence: an ancient bridge dating back to the Ming Dynasty, an ancient Chinese wingnut forest, Peach Blossom Cave and Peach Blossom Stream.
It serves as a natural ecological valley within Jiubujiang Scenic Area of You County and an ancient river channel in Jiubujiang Geopark, with a total length of over 2,000 meters. The valley boasts a serene environment and luxuriant vegetation, featuring crystal-clear brooks, green pools, cascading waterfalls and jagged perforated rock formations. Rare birds, wild animals, uncommon plants and valuable medicinal herbs can be spotted everywhere here.
In spring, wild cherries and azaleas blanket the mountains in brilliant red; in autumn, kiwis and wild grapes hang all over the mountain gullies. Key attractions scattered across this natural valley include mountain hamlets, Guest-Greeting Stone, Twin Streams Striking Rocks, Jade-like Cascades and Emerald Waters, Five-Tier Waterfall and Twin Stone Gates.
Known as a natural oxygen bar, Peach Source Valley is an ideal resort for visitors who yearn for nature and pursue healthy eco-tours
