Dachen Scenic Area, Yongkang

Dachen Scenic Area is situated in Dachen Village in the western part of Qiancang Town. To its east lies a mountain range shaped like a coiled dragon and crouching tiger, and to the south stands the imposing Lishan Mountain. Lofty green mountains tower in the distance, while clear brooks gurgle nearby, forming a picturesque and pleasant landscape.

The scenic area has been officially designated a national AAA-level tourist attraction and has passed the landscape quality assessment for national AAAA-level tourist attractions. It has also received numerous honors successively, including "Exquisite Beautiful Village of Yongkang City", "Zhejiang Forest Village", "Zhejiang Ecological Culture Base" and "National Ecological Culture Village".

Furthermore, Dachen is the first village in Yongkang to develop a homestay economy. Each household’s residence is renovated in accordance with its unique features to preserve the original rural appearance to the fullest extent. Every homestay boasts a distinct and exclusive style.
