Dalu Jujube Orchard is situated south of Dalu Village, Buzhuang Town, Changyi City, north of National Highway 206. It covers more than 2,000 mu of high-quality pear-jujube trees and enjoys the reputation of "Hometown of Pear Jujubes".
In recent years, taking ecological civilization construction as the carrier, Dalu Village has innovatively launched eco-agricultural tourism programs. It has actively coordinated with higher tourism authorities and travel agencies. Leveraging its large-scale pear-jujube plantations, prime location alongside National Highway 206, and renown as a nationally famous village, the village has carried out integrated planning with other scenic spots in Changyi. It has opened dedicated eco-agricultural tourist routes, hosted the Dalu Pear Jujube Festival, and launched self-picking experiences for pear jujubes, greatly boosting the brand recognition of Dalu pear jujubes.
Building on this foundation, the village has built a wholesale market for pear jujubes and established the Dalu Pear Jujube Farmers’ Professional Cooperative, raising local residents’ incomes. Meanwhile, driven by the booming tourism industry, supporting sectors such as catering and supermarkets have developed rapidly across the whole village. This has extended the industrial chain and generated greater economic and social benefits.
