With a total investment of 3 billion RMB, Binhai Leisure Tourism Resort boasts multiple scenic zones including Crescent Lake Scenic Area, Moon Bay Scenic Area, Windmill Scenic Area, Tidal Flat Shell-Picking Scenic Area and Seawater Aquaculture Sightseeing & Experience Zone. Supporting service facilities such as a seafood food street, public cultural square and star-rated rural homestays have been completed, while a 17-story star-grade reception center is currently under construction. Xiaying Fishing Port within the resort has been recognized as a Provincial Leisure Fishery Demonstration Site.
