Plum Blossom Pavilion

Location: Within the office garden of Jingcheng Subdistrict, Jingjiang City Era: The 18th year of the Daoguang reign of the Qing Dynasty (1838 AD)

Brief Introduction Plum Blossom Pavilion stands inside Jingjiang People’s Park. In 1838, the presiding monk Xuchun raised donations to renovate the Scripture Repository, Mahavira Hall, Vajra Hall and the east and west side halls in front of the Scripture Repository, and built the Plum Blossom Pavilion at the same time. The Plum Blossom Pavilion sits closely adjacent to the Osmanthus Hall.
