The Colorful Butterfly Exhibition displays more than 20,000 butterfly specimens covering over 1,500 rare and endangered species from China and across the globe, filling the gap that Shandong Province had no insect museum before. After visiting the exhibition, Mr. Zhou Yao, a distinguished Chinese entomologist and President of the Chinese Lepidopterological Society, commented that this exhibition hall ranks among the top commercial exhibition venues nationwide in terms of the quantity and quality of its specimens as well as its display standards.
