Zhuquan Village Tourist Area

Located in Zhuquan Village, Tongjing Town, Yinan County, the tourist area is invested and developed by Qingdao Longteng Group and comprehensively planned and designed by Shandong Tourism Planning & Design Institute, with a total investment of 156 million yuan. Built upon the unique primitive ecological resources of bamboo springs and ancient village layout in Zhuquan Village, it is an all-round tourist area developed by integrating the simple folk customs and traditions of the Yimeng Mountain Area.

Zhuquan Village is backed by Yuanbao Mountain, faces Yuhuang Mountain to the east and Phoenix Mountain to the west, with Shilong Mountain standing in its center. Clear springs gush out on both sides of Shilong Mountain, converging into a pond. Dense bamboo groves spread all over the land, covering the ancient village. Villagers build houses with flagstones and live beside water. Thatched cottages are hidden amid bamboo forests, and clear springs flow along village streets, blending bamboo, springs and the ancient village into an organic whole. Rolling hills stretch outside the village. Fruit blossoms send forth delicate fragrance in spring; green waves of crops surge in summer; branches are heavy with ripe fruits in autumn; the land presents a fresh, vast expanse in winter. Whether viewed from the overall terrain or delicate ecological details, the village exudes a rare exquisite and graceful charm seldom seen in northern China.

The tourist area is divided into six functional zones: Phoenix Welcome Square, Secluded Bamboo & Plum Garden, Pastoral Market, Bamboo & Chrysanthemum Cottages, Three-Part Joyland, and Lanting Pavilion by the Spring. Leveraging its ecological bamboo-spring landscape and ancient village folk culture as core resources and cultural highlights, it has been built into a comprehensive northern Yimeng mountain tourist destination boasting distinctive Yimeng features, unique spring-town charm, bamboo forest scenery and rural farmhouse vibes, integrating vacation, leisure and sightseeing functions.

It serves as the flagship tourism project of Yinan County, a signature tourism brand of Linyi City and an elite tourist attraction of Shandong Province. It has been awarded titles including Shandong Leisure Tourism Demonstration Site, Shandong Self-Driving Tourism Demonstration Site, Shandong Agricultural Tourism Demonstration Site, and Top Brand Scenic Area of the 2009 Friendly Shandong Campaign.
