Qilin Mountain stands at the southern tip of the Jiadong Peninsula. Nestled against mountains and facing the sea, it offers a unique landscape where mountain and sea views blend perfectly. Since ancient times, it has served as a vital coastal defense stronghold.
Qilin Mountain forms a harmonious landscape together with Xiangdi Mountain, Tongtian Mountain and Shidi Mountain. Off the coast rise Jiazi Islet, Guanyin Islet and Xiao Islet, all merely one kilometer away from the shore. The scattered islets echo the four mountains, creating a spectacular natural scene.
Rising steeply along the coastline, Qilin Mountain cuts across the east and west, with turbulent waves crashing against its cliffs. On both sides stretch flat, shallow beaches several kilometers long. To its northwest lies a freshwater reservoir covering 20,000 square meters.
