Wolonggang Scenic Area lies to the south of Leshan Mountain. It boasts an extensive stone forest shaped like dragon bones, sprawling across the mountain in the form of a recumbent dragon. Beneath the stone forest lies a crescent-shaped pool whose spring water never dries up all year round, composing a magnificent landscape. The entire "Crouching Dragon Stone" features a grand momentum and lifelike contours, closely resembling a dormant dragon about to take flight.
After conducting research and verification from geological, geomorphic and historical perspectives, experts and scholars conclude that these rock formations are likely massive fossil remains, boasting high archaeological, academic and tourism value. This site bears a striking resemblance to the legendary Wolonggang.
