Original Ecological Dabie Mountains — Eco Green & Healthy Tour

Day 1: Meet the group in Lu’an. After lunch, head for Tiantangzhai, a national AAAAA-level scenic spot, and tour White Horse Grand Canyon. Experience the thrilling precipitous cliffs of White Horse Peak, suspended plank roads, hidden wonders and winding gorges. Ring the bell of earthly paradise and admire the magnificent grandeur of the Dabie Mountains. Later, visit Nine Linked Dragon Ponds, Natural Castle, Horse Leaping Bridge, Nine Twists of Dragon Eye and other attractions. Get close to crystal clear water in the canyon for a colorful natural journey, marvel at unique wild scenery far away from city bustle, and enjoy exploring the secluded valley — picking wild flowers, gathering wild fruits and catching small river fish. You may join Tianshuijian Drifting at your own expense. The whole drifting course stretches 3.5 kilometers with a relative drop of over 100 meters and more than ten dragon ponds of varying sizes. It delivers both heart-stirring adventurous rapids and relaxing gentle waterways. Rubber rafts surge forward over undulating streams, letting you fully embrace the heroic spirit. You will gain greater confidence and courage while challenging nature. Along the way, appreciate masterpieces carved by nature including Rat Mound, Sea Lion Rock and Turtle Rock, as well as picturesque mountain, water and pastoral landscapes. Overnight: Tiantangzhai

Day 2: After breakfast, tour the Tiantangzhai Waterfall Group Scenic Area (around 3.5 hours). Cable car fees are at your own expense: RMB 70 per person uphill, RMB 60 per person downhill. Key sights include Five Connected Waterfalls, Dragon Sword Peak, Stone Buddha Watching the Sea, Twin Stone Shoots, Camel Peak, Five Dragons Paying Homage to Heaven, Golden Lion Roaring at Heaven, Lover Peak, Minor Western Paradise, Bonsai Garden, Viewing Peak, Whale Emerging from the Sea and White Elephant Playing in Water. Wander along dense forest plank roads intertwined with waterfalls, breathe fresh air in the primeval forest oxygen bar, and savor the refreshing breeze atop lofty mountains. Overlook the splendid panorama of Jianghuai Plain stretching far below. After lunch, drive back to Lu’an to send off the group and return to your cozy homes!

Day 1: Meet the group in Lu’an at noon. After lunch, travel to Foziling, a national AAAA-level scenic spot. En route, admire the Matchless Beauty of China — Sleeping Beauty Mountain and the Emperor Wu of Han Hunting Mural. Climb Foziling Reservoir Dam, the "First Dam of New China" and Anhui’s earliest foreign reception site, to appreciate this magnificent engineering project built in the 1950s. Sightsee Foziling Man-made Lake, Anhui’s earliest artificial lake (boat cruise at your own expense). Pass by Foziling Hotel by coach, where Marshal Zhu De and Marshal Liu Bocheng once stayed, alongside Soviet-style office buildings. You may join Peacock River Drifting at your own expense. The drifting route starts at Lanni’ao Village, Luo’erling Town, Huoshan County, Lu’an City, Anhui Province and ends at Baiyun’an Village. The full course spans 6 kilometers with a total drop of 150 meters and a maximum single drop of 9 meters. Steep peaks and massive boulders line both river banks. The rare continuous colorful flagstone riverbed shimmers like polished mirrors, hailed as an unparalleled drifting highlight in East China. Overnight: Huoshan

Day 2: After breakfast, drive to Copper Gong Stockade Scenic Area, known as "Huangshan North of the Yangtze River" (90 minutes’ drive; 3 hours for sightseeing). Pass by the performance venue of China National Coal Mine Art Troupe by coach. On the way, listen to the guide recount historical legends and origins of local place names including Black Rock Ferry, Luo’erling, Infant Washing Pond and Lutu Stone Shop. Upon arrival, visit the Dendrobium Garden. Dendrobium ranks first among Chinese medicinal herbs, and Dendrobium huoshanense is a precious variety recorded in Compendium of Materia Medica. Climb the 1,096-meter-high main peak of Copper Gong Stockade to view natural landscapes: exotic pines (Sister Pine, Twin Pine, Family Pine, etc.), grotesque rocks (Silk Spread on Turtle Back, Guanyin Sitting on Lotus, Divine Turtle Carrying Imperial Seal, etc.), the unrivaled South Heavenly Gate and Copper Gong Lake. Taste authentic mountain farm specialties for lunch (General’s Vegetables, Blood Tofu, Small River Fish, etc.), and shop freely at local specialty stores. Afterwards, drive back to Lu’an to send off the group and return to your cozy homes!

Day 1: Meet the group in Lu’an at noon. After lunch, drive along Liuqian Expressway — the first expressway crossing the hinterland of the Dabie Mountains — to Huangwei Town. Along the journey, feast your eyes on green mountains and clear rivers blending seamlessly with roads, and experience the poetic scene of "Carriages travel along roads, travelers wander amid landscape scrolls". Tour Dabie Mountain Rainbow Waterfall Scenic Area (electric shuttle bus: RMB 10 per person, self-paid). The scenic area features rolling green peaks, jagged fantastic rocks, deep winding valleys and crisscross river courses covered with dense bamboo and woods. Its core attraction is Rainbow Waterfall, the No.1 Waterfall in East China. Standing 80 meters high and 30 meters wide, torrents plunge off the cliff with overwhelming momentum. Water sprays into mist; sunlight filters through water vapor to form a gorgeous rainbow, making visitors feel like wandering in a dream when walking beneath it. You may join Monkey River Rubber Raft Drifting at your own expense (RMB 60 per person, around 1 hour). Overnight: Dabie Mountain Resort or local farmstay

Day 2: After breakfast, head for White Horse Peak Scenic Area, the main peak of the Dabie Mountains. Admire exotic pines, grotesque rocks, surging sea of clouds and thousand-year-old azaleas. Overlook the scenery on both southern and northern sides of the Dabie Mountains and resonate with Li Bai’s verse: South of the mountain blossoms bloom in full splendor;

North of the mountain snow still lies white and tender.

This mountain stands apart from all other mountains. After lunch, drive back to Lu’an to send off the group and return to your cozy homes!
