Caozhou Martial Arts Academy is a large standardized and militarized training base for martial arts education officially approved by the State Education Commission and State Physical Culture and Sports Commission. Its guiding philosophies are: "Support martial arts with academic learning", "Boost academic progress through martial arts", "Survive on quality", "Develop through credibility". The academy operates under standardized rules and cultivates students with moral integrity, aiming to foster well-rounded talents with four essential virtues, and takes it as its mission to inherit and promote traditional Chinese martial arts.

The academy has signed a long-term cooperation agreement with Beijing Sport University. It also maintains close ties with sports universities in Shanghai, Xi’an, Chengdu, Wuhan, Shenyang and Shandong. These institutions regularly send martial arts professors, lecturers, elite athletes and national martial arts masters to deliver lectures and training courses on campus. Jia Longsheng serves as the academy’s headmaster. He is a revered martial arts master, Vice Chairman of prefectural and municipal Martial Arts Associations, Member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, and a National Advanced Worker in Sports. Distinguished modern martial arts masters including Zhang Wanfu, Xu Xueli and Geng Hongpeng are invited as honorary headmasters to station at the academy and provide on-site professional guidance.

Jia Qiwu, Executive Headmaster, and Wu Xianhou, Deputy Headmaster, hold national first-class referee certifications for martial arts Sanda and wrestling, boasting extensive experience in academy administration and martial arts teaching. Forty of the coaches here are former national champions in martial arts and Sanda. The academy enforces strict, scientific disciplinary regulations, backed by a strong teaching team with comprehensive combat expertise. More than 4,000 teachers and students study on campus, within a site covering over 140 mu. Students receive scientific, standardized martial arts training. Central, provincial, prefectural and municipal TV stations, radio broadcasters, as well as numerous newspapers and magazines have repeatedly covered the academy’s achievements in martial arts education.

Over the past decade, the academy has sent nearly 10,000 outstanding graduates to sports universities, national defense forces, armed police, public security bureaus, security service companies, film and television production teams and other sectors. It has received numerous commendations from leaders of national, provincial, prefectural and municipal physical education and education authorities. Its students have won more than 690 medals at major national and provincial martial arts and Sanda competitions held by martial arts academies and schools.

The academy is fully equipped with complete facilities and spacious training grounds with convenient transport access.
