Qingyun Confucian Temple is situated in Qingyun, 28 kilometers southeast of Yanshan County. It was built in the 6th year of the Hongwu reign of the Ming Dynasty (1373).

The Dacheng Hall is the main building of the temple. Its ridges are paved with green glazed tiles, decorated with brick-carved ornaments at both ends, and topped with gilded tiles. The hall boasts upturned eaves at four corners. Twelve visible pillars stand inside. The hall foundation is 1.6 meters above the ground.
