Drive or cycle west along Lianfang Road and then National Highway 309. The village sits right beside the road and is easy to locate. The whole journey is only about 5 to 6 kilometres.

Private vehicles can reach Shengjinggang directly via urban highways with excellent road conditions.

The Sacred Well lies in the courtyard in front of the front hall. It is more than three metres deep. The well water remains crystal clear all year round, and the water volume stays constant no matter in drought or flood, hence the name Sacred Well. In old times, local villagers would regularly come here to pray for rainfall with inscribed plaques. After their prayers were answered, they would return the plaques. More than one hundred silver, bronze and iron plaques have been unearthed from the well.

The rear hall is magnificent. The entire ancient architectural complex is comparable to Lüxian Temple at Huangliangmeng. The site is 10 kilometres northwest of downtown Handan. Major buildings include an opera tower, main gate, front hall, rear hall, bell tower, east side chambers, east auxiliary hall, Goddess of Fertility Temple, west side chambers, west auxiliary hall and Goddess of Eyesight Temple. The whole layout is symmetrical and well-structured.
