Qi River Amusement Park

Qi River Amusement Park is located beside the Qi River in the comprehensive service zone in the southwest of the urban area. It lies to the south of Qi River Poetry Garden, on the east bank of the Qi River and north of Nanhai Road. The park stretches 2.7 kilometres long and covers a land area of 528 mu.

Its overall positioning is: "Blending urban passion and romance; experiencing contemporary vibe and quality of life."

The general landscape layout follows the structure of one main line, two zones, three scenic nodes and four corridors. The two core zones refer to the Joyful Beach Area and the Convention Exhibition Plaza Area. The Joyful Beach Area occupies the northern half of the park. Centred on a large beach covering approximately 20,000 square metres, it is equipped with a waterfront wharf plaza, waterside square, viewing platforms and supporting facilities, offering leisure and entertainment venues for local residents.

The Convention Exhibition Plaza Area sits in the southern part, with the Convention and Exhibition Centre as the core. It consists of themed sections including the exhibition plaza, tennis courts, curved trestle bridge and musical fountain.

The development of the amusement park enriches the cultural connotation of the new urban district and expands waterfront activity space along the Qi River, highlighting modern features, entertainment and leisure functions. It effectively meets the sightseeing needs of tourists and the recreational demands of local citizens. Moreover, the project further optimizes urban infrastructure, elevates the city’s taste and strengthens its appeal.
