Pangu King Scenic Area of Leye

Leye boasts world-famous clusters of sinkholes and the Buliu River for thrilling rafting. Among these attractions, Pangu King Scenic Area is well known for its pristine forests and alpine scenery.

Pangu King Scenic Area belongs to Huangjing Cave National Forest Park. It takes its name from Mount Pangu King, the highest peak in the zone with an altitude of 1,971.2 metres.

The scenic area stretches from Gaolou and Bam in the east to Jianyanjiao and Longdawan Mountain in the west. Its northern boundary lies south of Shanlinbao and Luohuasheng, while the southern boundary reaches Mount Pangu King and Mount Caowang, covering a total area of 4,162 hectares.
