Located in the ancient Lai'an Town of Siyang County, the Siyang Base Wine Culture Tourism Zone of Yanghe Co., Ltd. enjoys a long local wine-making history dating back to the Qin and Han dynasties, and is hailed as "A Natural Granary and the Wine Land of the Han Empire".

Covering an area of 2.8 square kilometers, the scenic spot showcases the traditional cultural connotations of Chinese Baijiu, while focusing on building a distinctive industrial tourist area centered on Baijiu brewing and tasting experiences. Its attractions include the grand Sishui Ancient State Wine Culture Square, the magnificent Wulijing Wine Culture Garden, large-scale brewing workshops, and a state-of-the-art modern packaging and logistics park that leads the industry. It is an integrated cultural tourist area that combines wine-making history and culture, popular science education, leisure and shopping. It was certified as a Jiangsu Provincial Demonstration Site for Industrial Tourism in 2017.
