Scenic Spots of Qingfeng County
Qingfeng County boasts one 4A-level tourist attraction — the Memorial Hall of the Former Site of the Hebei-Shandong-Henan Border Region Revolutionary Base, and one 2A-level tourist attraction — Dunqiu Farm. There are also 15 travel service outlets across the county, receiving over 2 million tourists annually.

5. Former Site of Qingfeng Small Railway Station
Located on the south side of Wenhua Road in the southeastern part of Qingfeng County, the former small railway station was built in 1970 and covers an area of 4,355 square meters. It preserves buildings and auxiliary facilities including the waiting building and the railway supply and marketing mall. As the terminal station of the Qingfeng-Puyang narrow-gauge railway, it ceased operation in 1985.
6. Chinese Filial Piety Culture Park
Situated in the southwestern part of the county, the park spans 2,000 mu. It features a statue of Zhang Qingfeng and a Filial Piety Culture Museum. As a large forest park themed on promoting filial piety culture, it is a cultural tourist destination integrating cultural inheritance, moral education and public leisure.
7. Yi Garden
Covering 100 mu, Yi Garden is a theme park dedicated to the I Ching (Book of Changes), built in memory of Jing Fang, a master of Yi learning in the Han Dynasty who was a native of Lijiazhuang Village, Qingfeng County.
Major attractions include the Eight Trigrams Maze, cultural landscape walls, themed sculptures, Eight Trigrams Square with explanatory scrolls, leisure and fitness plazas, as well as open woodlands and lawns. The plant-based Eight Trigrams Maze, occupying nearly 30 mu, is the largest of its kind in the surrounding areas.
8. Cao Garden
Encompassing 56 mu, Cao Garden is a poetry and historical culture park centered on the culture of Cao Cao, Cao Pi and Cao Zhi, the three renowned figures of the Cao clan. It displays 60 famous poems and fu prose works by the three masters in various artistic forms.
The base of the main sculpture — Cao Cao as Magistrate of Dunqiu — is carved with Admonition to My Son Zhi, a letter written by Cao Cao to his son Cao Zhi, which records his deeds when he took office as Magistrate of Dunqiu at the age of 23.
9. South Garden
Lying in the southern part of Mazhuangqiao Town and covering 30 mu, South Garden was constructed in memory of General Nan Jiyun, a native of present-day Qingfeng County, who defended Suiyang (the ancient city of Shangqiu) to the death during the Anshi Rebellion of the Tang Dynasty.
With loyalty and bravery as its core theme, the park has 19 scenic spots such as the themed sculpture of General Nan Jiyun, cultural walls of loyalty and bravery, landscape corridors and axial decorations, recreating the heroic story of Nan Jiyun defending Suiyang City with unwavering integrity.
10. Integrity Garden
Short for Qingfeng Integrity Culture Park, it covers more than 90 mu. Focusing on integrity, the park aims to disseminate integrity culture and carry forward the fine tradition of filial piety and integrity. It blends traditional cultural elements such as loyalty, filial piety, integrity, frugality and family precepts, and combines integrity culture with landscape gardening. It serves as a venue for Party members, cadres and local residents to study, receive education, relax and go sightseeing.
11. Diecui Garden
Diecui Garden covers about 110 mu. Rooted in local culture of Qingfeng, it is an urban cultural park integrating ecology, culture, leisure and fitness. Its core landscapes are the Eight Scenic Views of Qingfeng recorded in ancient local chronicles: Golden Embankment with Rippling Waves, Divine Spring at River Sacrifice Site, Cold Mist over Zhong's Tomb, Layered Green Mountains in Autumn, Autumn Wind over Wei River, Moonlight over Six Pagodas, Night Rain at Dragon Pond, and Ruins of Kang Memorial Temple.
12. Shagezhai Village
Shagezhai Village is located in Shuangmiao Township, Qingfeng County. During the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, it housed the rear hospital of the military region of the Hebei-Shandong-Henan Revolutionary Base.
The former residence of Fu Jiaxuan, then Director and Political Commissar of the Logistics Department of the Hebei-Shandong-Henan Military Region, is well-preserved. The residence and the military-civilian opera troupe have been restored, reproducing the daily life of soldiers and civilians in the border region during the war. Visitors can truly experience the profound bond between the military and local people in that era.
