Yupu Miao Village Scenic Area

It is a National AAA-level Tourist Attraction, designated as a National Demonstration Site for Industrial and Agricultural Tourism and a Four-Star Agritainment in Guangxi. Integrating natural landscapes and cultural sights, it is an ethnic customs resort. Located in Yupu Village, Xiangfen Township, Rongshui Miao Autonomous County, it is 38 kilometers away from the county seat.

Boasting gorgeous natural scenery and a tranquil environment, the Xiangfen River, a tributary of the Bei River, winds through the Miao village with crystal-clear, vivid water. Endless bamboo forests stretch along both river banks, presenting enchanting views. Its core attractions include ten scenic spots: the beautiful and mysterious Morning Glow over the Miao Mountains, thrilling Longgong Drifting, magnificent Sanyou Waterfalls, as well as a thousand-year-old banyan tree, Yumei Viewing Platform, Dapan Bamboo Sea, Longbao Grand Canyon, Boling Natural Swimming Pool, Bolinggou Dong Village and more.

A wealth of distinctive ethnic events are held here, such as Lusheng Dance Rituals, village courtship rituals, horse-fighting contests and the Gulong Slope Festival, showcasing rich and exotic folk customs. The resort has successively won the titles of "Top Ten Beautiful Villages in Liuzhou" and "National Demonstration Site for Agricultural Tourism".

The scenic area provides comprehensive tourism services including catering, accommodation, ethnic folk performances, sightseeing and river drifting. In recent years, it has fully explored local ethnic characteristics and launched the immersive live ethnic song and dance show Yupu Miao Charm.
