Two-Day One-Night Tour: Bonfire Folk Customs of Tiantou Miao Village

Drive about 1.5 hours (39 kilometers) from Rongshui County to Tiantou Miao Village. Selected as one of Liuzhou’s Top Ten Most Beautiful Villages in the "Charming Liuzhou, Beautiful Countryside" campaign, the village boasts stunning roadside scenery including the Miao Mountain Range, the Rainbow over the Bei River (an iron chain suspension bridge), and vast bamboo seas.

Upon arriving at Tiantou Miao Village, you will receive a traditional welcome at the village gate with welcome wine in accordance with Miao rituals to experience profound local ethnic charm. Light an incense stick under the ancient thousand-year-old twin banyan trees to pray for a happy family and a lifetime of peace, then take group photos or enjoy free leisure time as you wish.

Afterwards, savor an authentic ethnic dinner featuring distinctive Miao toasting rituals such as loud wine chants and ear-pulling toasts. After dinner, attend a grand bonfire gala themed on the Torch Festival with wonderful ethnic performances, including Lusheng Floor Dance, Lusheng Love Ballads, Foot-Tapping Courtship Dance, Duoye Circle Dance, Land of Green Wonders (Miao-style disco), and the Ethnic Unity Dance for lively guest-host interaction. You may also taste oil tea and join various folk cultural activities. During free evening hours, visitors can stroll around the village and experience the local courtship custom of sitting with young Miao girls. Overnight in traditional Miao stilt wooden houses.

After breakfast, watch the unique and thrilling Miao horse-fighting contest. Then drive to Guixiu, take a boat across the lake, and explore the marvelous natural landscapes of Longnv Grand Canyon, covering Longnv Pool, Double Dragon Cave, Dragon Gate, Longnv Waterfall and the natural swimming area. After lunch, drive back to the county seat.
