Swan lake leisure tourist area, invested by Beijing Diya investment and management group, is located in Wuqing Development Zone, Tianjin, close to Jingjintang Highway, 71km away from Beijing, 30km away from Tianjin. It is a large tourist area of multi-functions, including catering, conference, entertainment and recreation. Swan lake leisure tourist area is situated beside the ancient canal. According to the history record, Emperor Qianlong,on his way to Jiangnan, had a rest at here. The real calligraphy of Emperor Kangxi, “Dao Liu Ji Yun”, it still exists in the “Zhiju hall”. In ancient times, when the emperor passed by here, there were white swans flied to this lake, so it was named as “Swan Lake”. Swan lake leisure tourist area covers an area of 1200 mu, lake surface is about 600 mus, the construction area of first-stage project and second-stage project is about 90 thousands square meters. It has already opened to public. The third-stage project under construction has finished its main structure; it covers an area of 30 mu, with construction area of 55 thousands square meters and 800 rooms.
