Jianfu Kwuanyin Temple is located in the birthplace of Tianjin, Hedong Dazhigu Platform. Built on the site of Yaowang (God of Medicines) Temple of Jin Dynasty, it covers more than 800 square meters. Its architectural layout is bilateral symmetry, well-arranged in size, and keeps the remaining style of ancient temple. On the central axle, there are screen wall of Song Dynasty, the mountain gate, Maitreya Hall, and Yuantong Treasure Hall. On the flanking, there are Three Saints Hall, Dharma Hall, Huayen Hall, Depository of Buddhist Texts, Buddha Recitation Hall, Preaching Hall, Boarding Hall, Gratitude Hall. In front of Yuantong Treasure Hall, there is an ancient pagoda terr of more than 600 years, which is still lush. The bell on Zhonggu Tower ranks first in terms of height and weight in Tianjin.
