Changsha Planning Exhibition Hall is located in the Binjiang Cultural Park in Xinhe Delta, Changsha. Themed “Changsha, My Home” and based on the urban space layout of Changsha as a city incorporating mountain, river, and isle, the Hall was designed to showcase the beautiful landscape, profound culture and urban construction progress of the city. Since its opening on last National Day, the building has attracted more than 170,000 visitors by the end of November, 2015.
With a total construction area of 9,255 square meters and an exhibition area of over 7,800 square meters, the Hall integrates exhibition planning, popular science education, and modern technology based interaction settings, including 3D reconstruction, sand table model for overall planning, digital sand table, 3D cinema and VR driving.

How to get there: take the No. 11 or No. 106 Bus to Liang Guan Yi Ting (二馆一厅站 literally means two pavilions and one hall—New Changsha Municipal Museum, New Changsha Municipal Library and Changsha Concert Hall), or take subway (line 1) to Beichen Sanjiaozhou (北辰三角洲站 Beichen Delta)
