Sightseeing Park of the Former Headquarters Site of the Hainan Qiongya Column

The Sightseeing Park of the Former Headquarters Site of the Hainan Qiongya Column is located in Maogui Administrative Zone, Maoyang Town, Wuzhishan City, Hainan Province. It is approximately 20 kilometers away from downtown Wuzhishan and 2 kilometers along the road from Maoyang Town toward Ledong County. Boasting an advantageous geographical location, it enjoys convenient transportation links.

Covering a land area of 600 mu, the park ranks among the six major tourist attractions of revolutionary base areas nationwide. It is also Hainan’s first patriotic education-themed park that integrates sightseeing, vacation and leisure, serving visitors both from within and outside the island.

Centered on two cultural themes — the revolutionary base area heritage and the folk customs of the Li and Miao ethnic peoples, the park carries forward the revolutionary spirit and promotes the fine traditional cultures of the Li and Miao communities.
