Golden Trout Nutritional Feast of Bibo
A signature delicacy of Yongdeng, the Bibo Golden Trout Nutritional Feast was developed by an expert panel of nutritional food specialists from Shanghai and the Lanzhou Salmon & Trout Fishery Science and Technology Research Institute. Following the concepts of medicine and food sharing the same origin and human nutritional balance, this feast features premium cold-water fish including golden salmon, golden trout, silver salmon and rainbow trout as the main ingredients.
It is complemented by over a hundred natural nutritious ingredients, such as wild ginseng from the Qilian Snow Mountains, sika deer ribs, Cynomorium songaricum from Dunhuang, snow lotus from the Tianshan Mountains, cordyceps sinensis, white-haired cattle from the Wushao Ridge, fern-fed pigs from the Gannan Grassland, and wild edible fungi from primeval forests. All ingredients are elaborately blended to create this exquisite feast.
The local specialty trout and salmon from Yongdeng are rich in animal protein, vitamin A, vitamin E and the trace element selenium.
