Dazhangzhang Forest Park
Located in southeast Dongguan, spanning Tangxia and Huangjiang Towns, the park covers 26.7 square kilometres in total.
Recommended Viewpoint
Guanyin Pavilion. Built on Guanyinji Peak at an elevation of over 290 metres, the pavilion is encircled by rolling hills. It provides an unobstructed bird’s-eye view of the world’s largest golf course and the entire Tangxia Town.
Hiking Route
From the Dai Long Corridor car park, follow the main mountain trail up to Guanyin Pavilion on Guanyinji Peak; the hike takes roughly 1 hour.

Yinping Mountain Forest Park
Occupying the eastern part of Dongguan and covering Xiegang, Qingxi and Zhangmutou Towns, the park has a master planned area of 123.5 square kilometres.
Recommended Viewpoint in Xiegang Area
Yinpingzui Peak. The summit of Yinping Mountain at 898 metres above sea level, it is the highest mountain in Dongguan.
Hiking Routes to Yinpingzui Peak
- Take the main road past the First and Second Car Parks and Dianchun Gate Tower, then follow the hiking trail straight to the summit. Total distance: 4.2 km, around 1.5 hours’ walk.
- Follow the main road, enter the Five Generals Riverside Trail at the First Car Park, walk through all five sections of the riverside path, then continue along the hiking trail to the peak. Total distance: about 5 km, roughly 2 hours.

Shanshui Tiandi Forest Park
Located at the southern tip of Qingxi Town, bordering the northern foot of Nanmen Mountain in Fenggang, the park covers 10.5 square kilometres.
Recommended Viewpoint
Sanfeng Platform, located atop Dawang Mountain.
Hiking Route
From the car park, follow the hiking trail for about 30 minutes to reach Sanfeng Platform on the peak.
Opening Hours
Nanmen Mountain Forest Park
Situated in the northeast of Fenggang Town, it borders Qingxi Town to the north and Longgang District of Shenzhen to the east, covering 12.65 square kilometres.
Recommended Attraction
Zuiwan Pavilion. Surrounded by green trees on three sides, it faces the scenic Huangdong Reservoir.
Walking Route
From the park car park, walk clockwise along the lakeside road around Huangdong Reservoir for about 10 minutes, then head downhill along the trail toward the reservoir to reach Zuiwan Pavilion.

Bihu Forest Park
Located in the central area of Fenggang Town, the park covers 1.24 square kilometres.
Hiking Viewpoint
Hiking Route
Enter the park via the Kangjia Road gate, follow the main path straight ahead then take the hiking trail; it takes around half an hour to reach Suiyuan Pavilion on the mountain top.
Opening Hours
Huangniangpu Forest Park
In the central part of Huangjiang Town, the park spans roughly 7.53 square kilometres and boasts original ecological natural resources including reservoirs and fruit forests.
Recommended Attraction
Waterfront Platform. Multiple waterfront viewing platforms are built within the park for citizens to rest and relax.
