Beijiang River Source

According to Pearl River Water Conservancy History, the Beijiang River (a Pearl River tributary) originates at Maokeng, Youshan, Xinfeng, flows through Nanxiong and Shixing (Guangdong), merges with the Wushui River in Shaoguan, and enters the Pearl River Delta via Qujiang and Qingyuan. The Maokeng Scenic Area (east of Youshan Peak) features towering mountains, lush forests, and clear springs. In recent years, experts, students, and tourists from Guangzhou, Foshan, Qingyuan, Zhaoqing, and Shaoguan have visited to explore, study, and sightsee.
