V. Scenic Area Introduction
First built in the 4th year of the Qingli reign of the Northern Song Dynasty (1044), Fushun Confucian Temple now preserves the reconstruction relics dating back to the Qing Dynasty, covering a total area of approximately 5,960 square meters.
Facing south with its back to the north, the temple features a central axis lined with successive constructions: the Palace Wall, Pan Pond, Lingxing Gate, Dacheng Gate, Heavenly Street, Moon Platform, Dacheng Hall and Chongsheng Shrine, with wing chambers standing on both sides. As a crucial venue, Fushun Confucian Temple carries forward Confucian culture in Fushun County.
