From the day of the White Dew on, there is more and more dews. In ancient China, people divide the White Dew period into three phases. The first phase is the arrival of swan geese. The White Dew period is just the time for swan geese and swallows to fly to the south so as to avoid the cold in the north. The second phase is when the Xuan bird comes back. The third phase is that birds are storing food for winter. We can see that weather in the White Dew is becoming colder and colder.
