什么是创意？创意就是想人所未曾想，做人所未敢做，平地涌泉，出奇制胜。如今，在798艺术园区内，就有这样一间“创意车间”——706艺术大厂房——包豪斯风格的单体建筑、超大的展厅面积、化腐朽为神奇的空间改造……它使你突然意识到，原来创意的力量如此神奇：低成本、高品位，小改动、大效果。

听706厂房一家工作室的设计师讲，著名建筑设计家张永和等国内外知名创意人很快也将落户706，用不了多久，这里就会成为将“创意转化为产品”的真正意义上的“朝阳创意工厂”。

706——一个陈旧的军工企业的神秘代码，一个崭新的创意产业的精神符号。

What is creativity? Creativity means to think what has never been thought, and to do what has never been done, just like spring gushing out of the ground, like pearls pouring from hidden melodies in the heart. Now, there is a creativity workshop like this, 706 Factory House, inside the 798 Art Garden. It consists of many single buildings in Bauhaus style, with an extraordinarily large area of exhibition hall and a marvellous spatial layout transformed from humble factory rooms. You will be inspired to the realization of the magic power of creativity: high profile with low cost, amazing effects with minute changes. 

Many wellknown creative leaders from home and abroad, including the famous architect Zhang Yonghe , will come to settle down here soon, as is said by an artist from a design studio called 4M based in 706. In a short time here will be erected a genuine “Creativity Factory” where creative ideas will be processed into various imaginative products in an endless stream.
