No. 64 Mishi Hutong is the former site of Jingxian Guild Hall. It was the editorial office of political weekly "Weekly Review" founded in December 1918. It was edited by Li Dazhao, Chen Duxiu, and Zhang Shenfu, Hu Shi, Zhou Zuoren, Gao Yihan, Wang Guangqi often contributesd to the journal.
In 14 and 15 years of the Republic of China, Jingxian Guild Hall was built by Wu Zian, the manager of Xiyuan Money Shop in Nanling Country. Originally, he bought a house in the Hengjie Street and then sold it to “Dachangji” grocery store, and repeated the purchase of a house on the right side of Shenggonghui Church as the guild hall.
