Mingrui Mansion, also named Shouen Gulun Princess Mansion and Sixth Princess’s Mansion, is a large house faces south, lies in No.11 of Neiwubu Street. It is located in the east side of the street, close to Chaoyangmen Street in the east, and Huating Hutong in the west.
It was originally the mansion of Mingrui, Right Subgeneral, Sincere and Brave Marquis of Qing Dynasty. In the 14th Year of Emperor Daoguang, Jingqing, his great-grandson inherited the title of nobility. And in 25th Year of Emperor Daoguang, the sixth daughter of Emperor Xuanzong married to Jingshou, the little brother of Jingqing, hence the name of “Sixth Princess’s Mansion”. In sixth year of Emperor Xianfeng, Jingshou inherited, and in 15th year of Emperor Guangxu, Lingguang, the son of Jingshou took over this mansion. After the the Republic of China, it was bought by the manager of Yien Yieh Commercial Bank, now it is dorm for company.
