Located in the southeast of Miyun District, Jugezhuang Town enjoys a prime location and adjoins the Exit 17 and Exit 19 of Beijing-Chengde Expressway. Dubbed an ecological oxygen bar, it features compelling natural landscapes, picturesque ecological environment and abundant tourism resources, and has been rated as the “Beijing Demonstration Area of Leisure Agriculture and Rural Tourism”.
Starting at Chateau Changyu AFIP European Town, a “Wine Avenue” themed by grape industry is scheduled to be built along the new-built Miyun-Daxing Road. By vigorously introducing boutique chateaus and building high-quality grape bases, it aims to create a grape plantation belt dominated by fresh food producing, wine-making, grape pressing, grape desiccating and other industrial chains. Along the 15km-long wineavenue, the 8,000 mu grape garden extends from Chateau Changyu AFIP European Town to Jinding Lake embraced by lush mountains. Along this road straggles 15 featured grape bases, like Tianpu Grape Manor, No. 8 Wine Avenue, Yanshi Grape Manor, Jinshan Grape Manor and Runzhidu Grape Manor.
