The Du Yi Chu shaomai can date back to Emperor Qianlong’s reign in the Qing Dynasty. Since it was founded, shaomai in Du Yi Chu has been favored by many people. It was said that the name Du Yi Chu was given by Emperor Qianlong. Because of its popularity of it, many famous people such as Guo Moruo have been there enjoying the delicious shaomai there and the chefs there have always been invited for a class and performance in Japan. Featured foods: Steamed Dumpling of Three Fresh Delicacies, Fried Triangle Rolls, Steamed Dumpling, Qianlong Cabbage, Fried Round Mass of Food.
