Chinese Anglican Church, a 112-year-old Christian Church hidden in a Beijing's hutong, was transformed to a bookstore, attracting people for novelty. Built in 1907, the thirty-three years of the region of Empire Guangxu of the Qing Dynasty, it is the earliest Anglican church in northern China.Mofan Bookstore is a independent bookstore brand found in 2014, featuring books on literature, art, drama, history and social science. It distinguishes itself from a great number of bookstores in Beijing by its old-fashioned style and a wide collection of historic volumes from the early stages of Republic of China. Currently, it has four branches in Beijing, among which the bookstore on Yangmeizhu Bypass is the first one.
