Located in the north bank of the river in Beijing Zoo, Beijing Aquarium is the largest and most advanced inland aquarium integrates sightseeing, science popularization education and leisure and recreation in world, covering a total area of 4.2 hectares.
Beijing Aquarium enjoys unique design that it likes a big blue lying on the beach surrounded with green trees and flowers. Beijing Aquarium is equipped with advanced life support system. It adopts the artificial sea water, whose total quantity reaches to 18,000 tons.
