Hainan Resort Software Community is located in Chengmai county, Hainan province. It is one of the key parks to undertake the implementation policies of Hainan Pilot Free Trade Port.

As an important industrial park in Hainan, Hainan Resort Software Community has developed digital industries in the culture, health, and services sectors, attracting about 5,000 companies including Tencent, Huawei, and Baidu.

Since its construction in 2009, the park has taken advantage of Hainan's natural ecological environment to create a garden-like office environment for enterprises. It also offers social security and other "one-stop" services, as well as a three-hour registration process for enterprises.

In the past two years, the park has been adhering to the positioning of the Hainan Pilot Free Trade Port, with a focus on the new generation of information technology, especially blockchain technology. It created the Hainan Pilot Free Trade Zone (Port) Blockchain Pilot Zone, focusing on the development of digital culture, digital health, and digital services, as well as fostering a digital industry worth over 100 billion yuan ($14.15 billion).
